All payments must be in US funds, and checks must be drawn on a US bank. Orders can only be accepted from persons or organizations in North America, and software can only be shipped to addresses in North America.
Purchase orders: We accept purchase orders when accompanied by a check. If you are faxing your order, we will action it as soon as we receive your check. If you are already a Robo Systems client, we extend 15 days credit automatically. If you are a School District, we will accept your purchase order and normal payment terms as long as they do not exceed 45 days.
Credit Cards: We are sorry but we do not currently accept credit cards. Personal or corporate checks, and money orders, are welcome.

Ask us about other purchasing options such as lease plans. Purchase assistance is also available in some states, and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
