Robo products are licensed, not sold. Title to the products remains at all times with Robo. The products, including but not limited to, software and manuals are copyrighted and contain trade secrets of Robo. The licensee agrees to protect the trade secrets of Robo by refraining from unauthorized copying of the product, and by refraining from analyzing or reverse engineering the products.

The product described in this manual is subject to continuous development, change, and improvement.  All information of a technical nature and particulars of the product and its use (including the information and particulars in this manual) are given by Robo in good faith.  Robo welcomes comments and suggestions relating to the product and this manual.

The licensee, user, and associated parties shall indemnify Robo against and hold Robo harmless from any and all claims brought against Robo based on the use or misuse by any person of Robo products. The licensee acknowledges that the license fee reflects this allocation of risk.
